DOLL KIT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
(fasteners are included with your doll kit.)
Your doll kit will come with six zip tie fasteners. Two short zip tie fasteners for the arms and three long for the legs and neck, there is one extra long zip tie fastener that is available for use if needed. Don’t worry if you need more zip ties they can be located in the hardware section of most stores. 1) Insert the pointed end of the nylon zip tie fastener into the clipped openings for the neck. The fastener lock (the bump on one end of the fastener) should be facing outward. Push it completely through until it comes back out the opening.

2) Then close the fastener, by threading it through the needle hole on the end with the bump.

3) Once you close the fastener it will look like the picture below.

Pull slightly on the end of the fastener to tighten, but don’t pull it all the way. If you tighten the fastener too much, the hole for the head will be too small. If you do tighten one of the fasteners too much, there is an extra fastener included with each doll kit. Simply cut the old fastener out and put a new one in.
Follow the same steps to insert the fasteners in the legs and arms.
Stuffing the Doll
(Remember the stuffing for your doll is sold separately.)
1) Take a large handful of stuffing and put it into the body of the doll. Continue to stuff the cloth body until it feels like a very firm pillow.

2) Put plenty of stuffing around the neck so that the head does not droop. Then smooth out the lumps in the stuffing with your hand or a long spoon.

3) Put a golf ball sized handful of stuffing in each of the arm cavities.

4) Put a softball sized handful of stuffing in each of the leg cavities.

Attaching The Vnyl Parts.
(The head, arms and legs are included with your kit.)
1) Insert the top of the leg into the cloth body leg cavity and fit the cloth into the groove in the vinyl.

2) Pull the fastener tightly around the vinyl by using an upward and downward motion. Do the same for both of the arms, legs and head.

3) Remember make sure the stuffing is packed firmly around the neck of your doll. Place the head in the neck cavity and slowly tighten the fastener pulling with your hand.
4) Cut the excess fastener off cleanly with a scissors, or a pair of wire cutters.

Preparing and Putting On The Wig
(Remember Wigs are sold separately.)
1) Turn the wig inside out and cut off the tags

2) Put the wig on the doll's head by placing the wig on the base of your doll's neck and stretching it towards the doll's forehead. Practice this step a couple of times until you feel comfortable placing the wig.

3) If you want, you can take a pen and mark under the edge of the wig cap. Put a small mark by the forehead, over the ears, and at the back of the head.

4) Tuck all of the hair inside the wig cap so it will not touch the wig glue.

5) Apply the tacky glue to the top of the doll's head.

6) Spread the tacky glue evenly on the head with your finger or a paint brush. Make sure to cover all the way down to your pen marks. Apply thinly, so glue does not seep thru the wig.

7) Carefully put the wig back on by using the same methods as before. If you accidentally get glue on the hair, you can easily pick it out after it has dried.

8) Pull the wig tight and adjust as needed.

Check all around the edges making sure all edges are glued. Apply more glue to the edges as needed. If there is excess glue on the vinyl, wipe off with a damp cloth.
