Your Apple Valley Doll Kit will be shipped to you unassembled. All you have to do is stuff the cloth body and attach the dolls vinyl parts with the nylon tie fasteners!
Do I Have To Paint My Doll Parts?

What is translucent Vinyl?
Translucent vinyl is the newest vinyl skin tone Apple Valley offers.This skin tone carries less pigment than Apple Valley regular light vinyl (making it slightly lighter) and has a translucent "depth" to it giving it the most life-like look of any vinyl avaliable.
What about Choosing Eye Color and Wig color?
You can choose your eye color when you buy your expression (head) at no extra cost.You also have the freedom of making your doll with your choice of hair color and style and length (wigs sold separately).
Do I Have To Make Special Clothing For My Doll?
No,Your new doll can be dressed in any infant baby clothing.
How Do I Care For and Style My Wigs?
Please keep in mind that the wigs we supply are a synthetic material. The hair fibers are affixed to a nylon "cap" and can come loose if combed too harshly.
- Most wigs will get mussed slightly when you're moving them from one place to another. Always carry a comb and gently fix any out-of-place hair.
- Because the wigs are made of a synthetic fiber, they are not heat resistant! If you want to curl any of the straight wigs, please do not use a curling iron, even at a low temperature. You could very easily melt the fibers. Instead, use damp sponge rollers and allow the wig and rollers to dry completely before removing.
- If something gets on the wig (pen, marker, candy from sticky hands, etc . ), you can use warm water and a mild soap and very carefully hand-wash just the area where the damage is located.
How long Does it Take to Make a Kit?
The first kit will take approximately 45 minutes to make. As you make more and more kits, they will take you less and less time to assemble. Many Apple Valley Doll makers can easily make a doll in 20 minutes.

Each body pack consists of pre-sewn cloth body, vinyl arms and legs, 6 nylon tie fasteners, and complete "easy to follow" instructions.
